Are we insured? Yes, we have goods in transit & product liability insurance upto £25,000 and public liability insurance upto £1,000,000. We are more than happy to send over proof if requested. ​
Packing and Dismantling? Upon request, we will gladly pack your belongings for you. We can provide boxes (60cm x 40 x 40) at £2.50 each, & a 100mx50cm bubble wrap roll for £15 (suitable for the average home), added onto your total bill. Tape will be provided for free. Please bare in mind with our hourly rates, this will increase the time taken and therefore your cost. We always have tools with us and our highly experienced in dismantling and re-assembling your larger items. Beds, Wardrobes*, Dining Tables, Sofas and so on, if the safest option is to dismantle, it will be done with care and put back together as if it never happened. *the only exception is IKEA wardrobes, we will professionally dismantle these, but will not re-assamble them.
Areas we cover? Although we're a Brighton & Hove based removal company, we cover most areas within Sussex under our "local rate" hourly pricing structures. Including, but not limited to: anywhere between Littlehampton to Eastbourne, Haywards Heath, Horsham, Hassocks, anywhere with a "BN" postcode. For relocations (eg Sussex to Wales etc.) we price based on a day rate + surcharges. We are very happy to discuss and/or visit you prior to your move date to give you a more specific recommendation based on your personal requirements.
Our Vans? Being based in Brighton & Hove can be a nightmare to park, even in a regular sized car! We have two different sizes of vans, depending on access / parking & quantity of your goods. A Luton van is perfect for larger homes (with parking/ wide roads) but for for narrower city streets, a LWB is perfect, it's slightly narrower shape makes parking & access easier, without compromising on capacity too much. Our Vans Load Capacity & Width: Lutons: 80 Sqft / 20 cubic meters / 2.1m wide LWB Vans: 65 Sqft / 14 cubic meters / 1.8m wide
